The mission of our church is to create a welcoming community that nurtures each person's life long spiritual journey of faith, learning, and service; strives for social justice and a healthy earth, and offers to all who join in its endeavors, a place of peace, caring and celebration.

Our beliefs are diverse and inclusive. We have no shared creed. Our shared covenant (7 principles) supports the free and responsible search for truth and meaning. Unitarian-Universalists believe more than one thing. We think for ourselves and reflect together on important questions - the existence of a higher power, life and death, sacred texts, prayer and spiritual practices.

Our fellowship serves the Big Bend of Texas including the communities of Alpine, Marathon, Terlingua, Marfa, and Fort Davis in Brewster, Presidio, and Jeff Davis Counties. Our church building is at 1308 N. 5th Street in Alpine. Join us!
